AI solutions, built into your process

Your workflow is the spec.

Most AI projects fail because they ask a company to change how it works. We do it the other way round — map the process you already run, find the steps that cost you the most, and build only those away.

Our own products

We ship our own software, not only client work.

Everything we recommend to you is something we have had to get right ourselves first.

Sales ToolIn private beta

Describe your ideal customer in a sentence. Get a reviewable lead search, a clean contact list, and drafted campaigns you can export.

  • V1 drafts and exports campaigns — it does not send email
  • It reads from your sources; it never writes back to Apollo
  • Workspaces are isolated at the database level, not just in the UI

How we work

Four stages. The first one is worth having on its own.

Each stage ends with something concrete in your hands, so you can stop after any of them and still be ahead.

  1. 01

    Map

    Two weeks inside the process.

We sit with the people doing the work, time the steps, and write down where the handoffs break. Most of what we find is not an AI problem — we tell you that too. You keep the map whether or not you hire us to build anything.

  2. 02

    Prototype

One workflow, working, in your stack.

Not a slide deck, not a sandbox demo on invented data. The narrowest end-to-end slice that proves the thing works on your real inputs, in front of the people who will use it.

  3. 03

    Deploy

Behind your auth, inside your boundary.

It ships into your cloud, your identity provider, your retention rules. We do not need to hold your data to run your workflow, and the permissions model is agreed before launch, not after.

  4. 04

    Operate

    Measured, tuned, then handed over.

We instrument it, watch it through a quarter of real load, and tune what the evals say is drifting. Then you decide: take the runbook and run it yourself, or leave it with us. That stays your call, not a contract term.

What we don't do

Three things we will turn down.

  • We don't sell you a platform

There is no Nexcelle licence, seat count, or dashboard you have to adopt. We build inside the tools your team already opens every morning.

  • We don't start with the model

We start with the step that costs you the most time. Sometimes the answer is a script, a database index, or deleting a form. We will say so.

  • We don't leave you dependent

You get the code, the prompts, the evals, and a runbook. If you never call us again, everything we built keeps running.

Bring us the step that costs you the most time.

A first call is thirty minutes. You describe the workflow, we tell you whether it is worth automating — including when the answer is no.
